Position Description

Job Summary

The Licensed Practice Nurse assesses and enhances the health status of the persons served in 5 residential programs. These programs are located in Crystal, Golden Valley and Coon Rapids areas. They will provide expertise regarding health care to staff, persons served and members of the interdisciplinary teams. There is flexibility with hours which also includes on-call rotation.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:30 PM
Wage: $22.00/hour

How will you make a difference?

Monitor medication and treatments ensuring accuracy.
Maintains health record systems
Engage in daily health discussions with individuals served and their staff
Serves as a liaison within the facility, health care providers, and members of the interdisciplinary teams.
Attends staff meetings and in-service classes as required.
On Call triage
