Join us for the American Association of Critical Care Nurses—Rochester Chapter meeting on Monday, April 18th from 6-8pm at Saints on Second. There will be an educational presentation and dinner provided. The Topic is “Nurse Anesthesia— education and practice perspectives” by Dr. Erin Martin, Director of Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences Doctorate of Nurse Anesthesia Practice Program and Assistant Professor of Mayo Clinic Department of Anesthesiology.
We highly recommend coming to this meeting if you are interested in a nurse anesthesia career!
There are many opportunities to get involved with this group such as becoming a board member, a committee leader, or simply part of our monthly member participation. Our group is still looking for a secretary-elect and a social committee leader. If you are interested in either of these, please email RochesterChapterAACN@gmail.com.
Our meetings are held on the third Monday of each month. It is $20 annually to become a member of the local chapter (if you are a national member already) or $89 to become a member of both. Check and venmo are accepted.
There will be no chapter meeting in May due to NTI (National Teaching Institute and Critical Care Exposition). Our next meeting will be on Monday, June 20th from 6-8 pm sponsored by Smith & Nephew!
